Threatened abortion (Increased risk of miscarriage)

Complete abortion (completed miscarriage)
Patient presents with dilated cervix, some portions of conception products remain in the uterus, mild cramps and bleeding is persistent and excessive, what condition does this patient have?
Incomplete abortion
Pregnant patient presents with disappearing sx, brownish vaginal discharge but no active bleeding, no pain, cervix is semi firm and slightly patulous, uterus becomes smaller and irregularly softened, what condition might they have?
Missed abortion
What labs should be done for pregnancy loss?
hCG: low or falling levels
CBC: if bleeding is heavy
All tissue should be sent to pathology
What imaging should be done for pregnancy loss?
Transvaginal US
