Pick correct sized crown
Seal with GIC - may use aquacem
Wipe off excess afterwards
Ensure airway protection
Allow child to bite on cotton wool rool
Floss between contact points

Remove caries
Pulpotomy/ pulpectomy if needed
Prepare tooth
Select crown
Adapt crown or modify prep
