Mounted and driven by the Engine Reduction Gearbox

Via the FCU

Within the FCU

NO

Where is the Fuel Oil Heat Exchanger Fitted?
On top of the RGB.

To divert fuel to the primary and secondary manifolds
enables rapid and cooler engine starts
What happens to fuel drained form the fuel flow divider during engine shutdown?
It is used during the next engine start
