Obesity, DM, HTN, nulliparous, exogenous eostrogens (including tamoxifen) late menopause

Atrophic vaginitis and endometritis

Endometrial polyps, hyperplasia, carcinoma, exogenous oestrogen, atrophic endometritis and vaginitis
Vaginal trauma, urethral caruncle, uterine sarcoma, cervical cancer, anticoagulants
