A
Pain between the posterior iliac crest and the gluteal fold, particularly in the vicinity of SIJ, which may radiate to the thigh and the hips

Rarely needed, can do plain pelvic x-ray, MRI

A
Multidisciplinary team, physiotherapy, activity modification, pelvic support garments, simple analgesia and low potency opioids can be considered

A
Weight loss, neurological symptoms, bladder or bowel incontinence/dysfunction, trauma, vaginal bleeding/fluid loss, PUO
