• Not repeatable if schedule 2 or 3
• Repeated as indicated by prescriber
• If repeat number not indicated then repeat once unless oral contraception then can be repeated five times within 6 months
• 1st dispensing should be done within 6 months of prescription
• No time limit for repeat unless time lapse is too long then pharmacist must make decision about dispensing based on their professional judgement
