  • Must have explosive precursors and poisons (EPP) licence from home office
  • Should be in-date and unaltered
  • Check associated photo ID
  • Check substance requested and total amount match that on the licence
  • Record transaction on the back of the licence
  • Fix warning label - Acquisition, possession and use by general public is restricted
