What imaging needs to be done?
A
- CXR
- Pelvis X-ray
- Lateral C-spine
- FAST (focused abdominal sonography for trauma) U/S if pt remains shocked, to look for intra-abdominal bleeding

What bloods need to be done?
A
- Hgt
- Hb (followed by FBC if low)
- Cross match
- U&E
- ABG (if ventilated)
- Pregnancy (childbearing aged females)

Q
What tubes need to be inserted?
A
- 2x large bore IV lines (peripheral first, central if needed - subclavian/jugular)
- Nasogastric tubes (exclude base of skull fracture first)
- Urinary catheter (obtain dipstix)
