- CXR (straightened left heart border or widened mediastinum)
- ECG (ST segment elevation)
- U/S
- CVP > 15cm
- FAST Echo

Management
A
- Pericardiocentesis - inserting needle in 5th ICS and aspirating fluid with U/S guidance
- Emergency department thoracotomy
