Rapid Sequence Induction
A
- Induction agent - Etomidate 0.3mg/kg
- Muscle relaxant - Scoline 1mg/kg
- Apply cricoid pressure (Sellick Maneouvre)
- Choose appropriate tube size (7.5 is standard)
- Use bough if needed
