- whilst playing sports
position of patient for CXR for pneumothorax

management when no SOB &/or <2cm rim of air
- no Tx required
- 2-4 week follow up
management if SOB & >2cm rim of air
- aspiration
- reassessment
management if aspiration fails twice, unstable or bilateral/2ry pneumothoracies
