Team Charter
Documents project team values, vision, expectation, guidelines, decision making criteria and processes, etc.
Pre-Assignment
Resource may be pre-assigned to the project. May or may not be the right resource.
Self-Organizing Teams
Mostly used in Agile techniques; PM is a coach; bottom up organization
Colocation
All resource in the same location
Maslow’s Hierarchy
This theory states that human beings have basic needs and that people need to meet lower-level needs before they can move onto the next level of needs.

Herzberg’s Theory
Proposed that ‘hygiene factors’ such as pay, job security, working conditions, fringe benefits, job-policies will only reduce dissatisfaction, and by themselves do not motivate people. Other factors such as levels of challenge, work, recognition, advancement, autonomy and opportunity for creativity are termed as ‘motivational factors’ that make people want to work.
