Flower
is a reproductive shoot composed of whorls of modified leaves inserted on a modified stem called peduncle.

Incomplete flower
An incomplete flower lacks one or more of these four
parts.
Perfect flower
A flower that has both stamens and carpels is
described as a perfect flower
Imperfect flower
An imperfect flower has stamens or carpels, but not
both.
Sepal
– one of the outermost parts of a flower, usually
leaf like in appearance, that protect the flower as a bud.
Petal
– one of the often conspicuously colored parts of a
flower attached inside the whorl of sepals.
Stamen
– the pollen-producing part of a flower.
Carpel
the ovule- bearing reproductive unit of flower
Ovule
the structure in the ovary that develops into a
seed after fertilization.
