Images in the masterplan document identify an Aldi and a Co-op store.
-Outline planning permission DC/2017/01528, which was approved in October 2021, grants outline consent for a ‘mixed-use local centre’ on land including the appraisal site, as part of a wider residential-led scheme on part of the allocated site.
