Generic disorder, pilyostotic fibrous dysplasia, cafe au lait spots - well defined irregular unilateral tan macules on trunk and thigh, oral mucosal macules, endocrine dysfunction
McCune albright syndrome
High ACTH- more melanin, adrenal insufficiency, diffuse/patchy macule on gingiva tongue hard palate- sudden appearance with systemic symptoms weightloss nausea fatigue vomiting

Chloroquine
Blue grey or blue black discolouration on palate
Minocycline pigmentation
Underlying alveolar bone
