how to perform

A

Hip M/L rotation - supine, knee 90°, cwtch leg, pulse foot out/in
shoulder flex - arm slightly bent, hold wrist + P humerus, back to restriction on pillow
shoulder abd - elbow at 90°, block movement at 90° with hip, fix shoulder, pulse against hip
elbow ex - supine, pulse into pillow, fix humerus
wrist supination - supine, wrist in S, hand on front of radial SP, other hand fix back of ulnar SP
wrist P - wrist in P, swap hands
