Q

What are the steps in the specific heat capacity ?

A
  1. Check the mass of the aluminium block .
  2. Wrap the insulation securely around the block and place it on a mat .
  3. Fill the container with water record the initial temprature of the water using a thermometer
  4. Heat the metal block using the heater and every one minute check the tenprature on your timer
  5. Record your results
  6. Switch the power of after the experiment and leave the block to cool down .
