It is a Estrogen receptor agonist

It is a epidermal growth receptor antagonist
What is captopril?
It is an ACE inhibitor.
What does SARS COV2 do? Think of chemical antagonism……
It binds onto ACE2 then blocks the function of the enzyme( which breaks down angiotensin 2). Be blocking it causes, increased vasoconstriction therefore increased BP therefore increased risk of heart failure therefore causing an increased risk of strokes

Fluoxetine, which is an antidepressant

Tricyclic anti-depressants which include imipramine and nortriptyline
