What are the “non-traditional” rights?
Right documentation, client’s right to refuse the drug, right client education, right assessment, right evaluation, Potter and Perry includes the right indication.

- Before you take the medication off the shelf, as drug is withdrawn, and after you administer it before you return/discard the container.
