- PDE-5 inhibitor, enhances effect of NO
- Increases penile blood flow

- PDE with slower onset and longer 1/2 life

- Decreases tone in smooth muscle of bladder neck
- Improves urine flow
- Lowers BP in HTN
- First pass effect (first dose can cause syncopy)
