- Due to inflammation of infection

- +/- discharge

- Circumcision

- Chronic inflammation over redundant foreskin

- Tight ring of skin stuck over glans
- Skin color change = ischemia
- Edema & erythema

A
- Squeeze glans for 5 minutes to reduce edema and bring skin over glans
- Incision & circumcision if needed
