A

Organophosphate poisonining -> inhibition of ACh-ase -> increased nicotinic and muscarinic neurotransmission

Sx (SLUD):
Salivation
Lacrimation
Urination
Defecation / Diarrhoea

Cardio - hypotension + brady
Small pupils and fasiculations

Eg. Sarin gas
