What are features of antisocial personality disorder?

a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15
- failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviour
- deceitfulness, impulsivity, irritability, aggressiveness
- reckless disregard for safety of self or others
- irresponsibility, lack of remorse

A pervasive pattern of instability of interpersonal relationships, self-image

What are features of narcissistic personality disorder?
A pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, lack of empathy
- grandiose self-importance
- sense of entitlement

Pervasive pattern of excessive emotionality and attention seeking
- uncomfortable when not the centre of attention
- interaction with others often inappropriately sexually seductive or provocative behaviour
- rapidly shifting and shallow expression of emotions

Prominent problems relate to anxiety and how it is managed (in relationships)
- obsessive compulsive (anankastic) personality disorder
- avoidant personality disorder
- dependent personality disorder
What are features of dependent personality disorder?
Pervasive and excessive need to be taken care of that leads to submissive and clinging behaviours
What are features of obsessive compulsive personality disorder?
Pervasive preoccupation with cleanliness, perfectionism and mental and interpersonal control
- preoccupied with details
- perfectionism interfering with task completion
- excessively devoted to work and productivity
- overconscientious, scrupulous and inflexible about matters of morality ethics and values
What are features of avoidant personality disorder?
CLUSTER C
Pervasive pattern of social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, hypersensitivity to negative evaluation
