paranoid personality disorder
non delusional paranoia, unjustified doubts, misreading harmless remarks or events, quick reactions of anger, expectations of being exploited
schizoid personality disorder
detached from social relationships, preference for being alone, restricted range of affect, emotionally cold, lack of desire for relationships, lack of pleasure in activities
Schizotypal
inappropriate affect, irrational beliefs, magical thinking, ideas of reference, extreme social anxiety, unsual perceptual experiences, paranoid ideation, eccentric appearance
histrionic personality disorder
constant demands for approval/praise, exxagerated emotions, discomfort when not center of attention, sexual seduction, content of speech lacking detail, suggestability, belief that relationships are more intimate than they are, grandiosity
narcisstic
entitled, believes rules don’t apply to them, using others for personal gain, grandiosity, belief that they are special and unique, need for excessive admiration, lack of empathy, fantasises of success/power/love, arrogance
borderline personality
unstable relationships, alternation between idealization and devaluation, feelings of emptiness, mood reactivitiy, angry outbursts followed by shame and guilt, impuslivity that is self damaging, avoidance of abandonment, suicidal threates, self mutilating, identity disturbance, transient paranoia or dissociation
avoidant personality disorder
fear of being ridiculed, social inhibition, poor self image, preoccupation with being criticized or rejected in social situations, avoidance of new activities, reluctance to take personal risks, restraint in intimate relationships, desire for social relationships, feelings of loneliness
dependent personality disorder
need for excessive advice, need others to assume responsibiltiy, difficulty doing things indepdently, lack of self confidence, going to great lenghts to be nurtured, feeling helpless, difficulty disagreeing with others, need for approval
obsessive compulsive personality disorder
preoccupation with details, rules, lists, organization, perfectionism, stubborness
