- Avoids interpersonal relationships due to fear and feelings of inadequacy
- Hypersensitive to negative evaluation by others
- Views self as socially inept, unappealing, and inferior to others

- Difficulty making every day decisions, needing reassurance/advice from
others - Submissive and clingy

- Preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and mental/interpersonal
