Dissociative amnesia
A
A. Inability to remember important autobiographical information, usually of traumatic/stressful nature
With dissociative fugue: purposeful travel or bewildered wandering associated with amnesia, looking for identity/autobiographical information

Depersonalization/Derealization disorder
A
A. Presence of depersonalization and/or derealization
1. Depersonalization: out of body, detachment, severed with self in respect to thoughts, feelings, sensations, actions, etc. 2. Derealization: detachment from surroundings (dreamlike/virtual environment)
B. Reality testing remains intact during dp/dr episodes
