Paranoide (cluster A)
A. Pervasive distrust/suspiciousness of others;
Suspects exploiting
Preoccupied with doubts
Reluctant to confide in others
Reads hidden demeaning
Persistently bears grudges
Perceives attacks on character
Has recurrent suspicions without justification
Schizoid (Cluster A)
A. Pervasive pattern of detachment from social relationships and restricted expression. Beginning early adulthood, indicated by 4 om:
- Neither desires nor enjoys close relationships
- Almost always chooses solitary act
- Has little interest in sex
- takes pleasure in few act.
- Lacks close friends
- Appears indifferent to praise/criticism
- Shows emotional coldness/flat
Schizotypal (Cluster A)
A.Pervasive pattern of interpersonal deficit, seen in discomfort/non-capacity for close relationships. beginning early adulthood, indicated by 5 om.
- ideas of reference (excluding delusions)
- Odd beliefs/magical thinking that influences behavior
- Unusual perceptions/bodily illusions
- Odd thinking and speech
- Suspiciousness or paranoid ideation
- Inappropriate or constricted affect
- Behavior or appearance is odd
- Lack of close friends
- Excessive social anxiety. Ass w paranoid, rather than judgment
