- wear clean hat or other hair restraint when in food-prep areas
- Do NOT wear hair accessories besides ones necessary to keep hands out of hair & hair out of food
- Do NOT wear false eyelashes
- Beard restraint necessary for handler with facial hair

- change soiled uniforms inc. aprons
- if possible change into clothes at work
- store street clothing & personal belonging in designated areas
- store dirty clothing away from food & prep areas

- never wipe hands on apron
