Restrict handler from working with exposed food, utensils and equipment
Food Handler has a sore throat w/ fever
Restrict handler from working with exposed food, utensils and equipment
Exclude from operation if you primarly serve a high-risk pop.
Handler can return with written release from medical practitioner
Food Handler has persistent sneezing, coughing or a runny nose that cause discharge from eyes, nose or mouth
Restrict handler from working with exposed food, utensils and equipment
Food Handler has at least one of these symptoms from an infectious condition:
* Vomiting
* Diarrhea
* Jaundice
Exclude from operation
Vomiting & diarrhea
Must meet one of these reqs to return
* have had no symptoms for at least 24 hrs
* have a written release from medical practitioner

* Must be reported to regulatory authority
* written release from a medical practitioner and approval from regulatory authority to return
Food Handler is vomiting or has diarrhea and has been diagnosed with an illness caused by:
* Norovirus
* Shigella spp.
* Nontyphoidal Salmonella
* Shiga toxin-producing E. Coli
Food Handler diagnosed with an illness cause by:
* Hepatitus A
* Salmonella Typhi
Exclude from operation
Report situation to regulatory authority
Can return when approved by medical and regulatory
