Attribution theory
- the idea that when observing another indivuals behaviors, we attempt to determin if it is internally or externally caused. when is internally caused we percieve the person as being out of control.
What are the factors?

- Consensus

What are the attribution theories?
- Distinctiveness
- Distinctiveness: the extent to which the person behaves the same in similar situations.
ATTRR. THEORY CONSENSUS
Consensus: people make inferences about another person’s response to a situation based upon if they experience the situation in the same way (consensus)

Is the same behavior exhibited over and over again.
Self-serving bias?
When individuals attribute their own sucess to internal factors(oe, effort), while placing blame or failure on external factor(bad luck)
Stereotyping
- The act of judging someone based on their apparence or percieved personality, often assigning them to a classification of people that way be offensive or mean. within a profesional setting this can be detrimental to the function of the teak or firm.
How does light affect?
-Light: the incorporation of natural light into the workplace increases productivity, happiness and performance.
How does color affect?
-Color: as seen within color psycology, different colors have effects in the workplace, for example blue is good to focus and concentrate on numbers.
- green: is a good choice form managment as it is balancing.
-yellow is a suitable for sales.
- Lack of color also has an effect and its usually negative.
Space and natural materials:
- a larger space to work in can decrease stress and so employees do not feel cramped or claustrophobic.
The incorporation of natural elements such as plants or unfinished wood has shown to increase productivity and creativity as well as higher levels of overall job happiness.
