high: pragmatic approach, they encourage thrift and effort in modern education as a way to prepare for the future.
SHORT TERM NORMATIVE ORIENTATION
Low: societies mantain a more relaxed attitude in which pratice counts more than principles.
Indulgence?
Societies that allow relatively free grafitication of basic and natural human drivers related to enjoying life and having fun.
Restraint?
Socities that suppress grafitication of needs and regulates t by means of strict social norms
Surface level diversity?
Its easy to see, usually a firm wants to appear diverse or more than it actually is, so they exploit the minority, gender, age, race and ethnicity.
Deeper level diversity?
- rooted in a firms core values
- is not only for appearances and is instead constant throughout a firm
Theories of creativity
- creativity was initially thought of as inmate personally trait
- nos is suggested that interactions with others influence the various aspects of the creative process and that it is a costal process not a personality trait
novelty and usefulness?
-Novelty: production of something new.
- Usefulness: the ability to problem solve and adapt.
