long lever gapping
Fix off on sacrum. Lift leg up, anticlockwise movement. When leg is up near body push down into sacrum (anominate goes forward and sacrum goes back)
prone short lever gapping
Hold off on PSIS and shear across by siding into and lean forward
Prone articulation- relative anterior/ posterior rotation
Fix off on PSIS. Twist movement and lean into it. Push down towards feet and push opposite side down
Do reverse for anterior rotation
springing articulation
Fix off. Lean in and come off
Articulation sidelying- relative anterior/ posterior rotation
Hold iliac crest and rotate anteriorly and posteriorly
Supine articulation relative anterior/ posterior
Anterior- short lever
Posterior- long lever
Prone articulation- sacrococcygeal
Fix through coccyx and use long lever to circumduct leg
Can also spring coccyx doen. Sidebend leg and hold coccyx
