A

A vaginal infection which spreads through the cervix, often causing inflammation of the mucosa of the Fallopian tubes and ovaries.

A

A

Usually transmitted during sex

Can be caused by retrograde menstruation

What is fits-hugh-curtis syndrome?

A
Infection and inflammation of the liver capsule. 
When adhesions (like violin strings) form between the anterior liver with the anterior abdomen or the diaphragm.

A

Injection of ceftriaxone (gonorrhoea)
Oral Doxycycline 100mg, 14 days (chlamydia)
Metronidaozle 400mg, 14 days (other organisms)
