staph scalded skin syndrome
In a child - wide based gait, poor balance, decreased vibratory and position sense in lower ext, absent ankle jerks bilaterally. EKG shows T wave inversions in inferior and lateral leads. SPinal and cerebellar atrophy
Fredrichs ataxia. Autosomal recessive.
