A

1) flush skin + tachy cardiac + tachypnea
2) pale skin + tachycardia+ponea + agitation
3) Cyanosis + Bradycardia/ ponea + drowsy

Skin is massive sign regarding stage of compensation as child will be tachy until they stop compromising

Svt = above 220BPM {children are natural tachycardic upto 12yrs old)

2) poor skin colour and temp, CBR, lack of pulses

SKIN IS THE BEST INDICATOR ON COMPENSATION STATE
