Cluster A (odd, eccentric) contains Paranoid Personality Disorder. What does this disorder look like?
High levels of introversion and suspicion. The person tends to isolate themselves and isolation can be traced back to childhood.
They have extreme levels of distrust, even of loved ones, and believe that others are intentionally trying to exploit or harm them. They do not let their guard down and perceive threats everywhere. Misinterpret comments to be hiding malevolent intent and cannot take compliments. They can be jealous.
What is the prevalence of Paranoid Personality Disorder?

Although Paranoid Personality Disorder seems delusional, what is one reason why it is not?
Because the pervasive pattern of behaviour is consistent across all situations and not a specific delusion about a person or situation.

Because they feel overwhelmed by the emotional worlds of others and remain detached from others to avoid others.
People with Schizoid Personality Disorder can see others as intrusive and controlling and so feel the need to withdraw, how might this then influence their personality?
They can seem cold, aloof, or even self-absorbed.
