Lever: galwegen gekoloniseerd met enterococcen en pseudomonas
Longen: gekoloniseerd met zeer resistente bacteriën door zeer uitgebreid eerder antibiotica gebruik
Nieren: kolonisatie nieren en blaas met resistente bacteriën

Voorkomen CMV
- Profylaxe
- Pre-emptieve therapie: regelmatig CMV-DNA meten en indien hoger dan bepaalde waarde, starten met therapie
Behandelen CMV
- Verminderen immuunsuppressie
- Ganciclovir iv of valganciclovir 2x 900 mg per os
