FSH, LH, prolactin, testosterone, TSH
Insulin- elevated

What are the general management options for PCOS?
A
Weight reduction
Combined OCP= period control, acne

What is the management for infertility in PCOS?
A
1st= clomifene SERM 2nd= gonadotrophin

What is clomifene?
A
Selective oestrogen receptor modulator
Give for up to 6 cycles

What are the side effects of clomifene?
A
Ovarian hyperstimulation
Visual alterations
Vasomotor flushes
