avoid deep tissue is tissue hx is poor
Crohn’s / colitis tx mods
avoid prolonged, deep work as pt may be sensitive
avoid low back or abdomen work during a flare up
tx goals raynauds disease
decrease SNS systemically to help prevent an attack
increase circulation in affected limbs to increase tissue health
decrease adhesions/ HT in proximal affected limb to increase ROM
Crohns / colitis tx goals
decrease SNS firing systemically to to manage pain stress cycle
decrease tension in sacrum to relieve pain
decrease adhesions to increase tissue health
