- Always ask about a rash
- play pattern
- Urine frequency
- Feeding
- Thing broad

A
Pregnancy/Gestation/Birth
- Any concerns during pregnancy eg premature, late, disease, NICU, RDS/Infections/asthma
- Term?
- IVF or natural
- Smoking and drinking during pregnancy
- DM or hypertension in pregnancy
- Normal scans in pregnancy?
- Gestation/Birth
- TORCH (Toxoplasmosis, rubella, CMV, Herpes)
- Meconium
- Feeding - how are they fed (more infections for non breast fed) ?CMPI or lactose intolerance
- Atopy signs?

A
Did they have steroids for preterm baby?
Any medications, prescribed or ove the counter during pregnancy?

What additional areas are unique to paeds (fiv)?
A
Immunisations - If not, why not? MMR specifically
School - is development normal - do they have friends?
Development - Are there any concerns from them or the health visitors?
