What is the protocol for Steroid Supplementation?

A
  • For mild stress. If their regular dose is less than 7.5 mg, that should be proficient. Greater than 7.5 mg, double it.
  • For moderate stress, 10-15 mg prednisone 1-2 days before.
  • Major stress, 20-25 mg 1-2 days before.
