T4b= Tumor growing in nearby structures and deep.

A

NX= Lymph nodes cant be assesed
NO= Oral cancer has not spread
NI= Cancer has spread to one lymph node on same side of head/neck less than 3 cm
N2a=Spread to 1 lymph same side 3-6 cm
N2b= Spread to 2 or morelymph same side, no larger than 6 cm.
N3c= Spread to 2 or more lymph both side no larger than 6 cm.
N3=Cancer spread to a lymph node thats bigger than 6 cm
