What are the four (4) types of Pronouns? Give Examples
A
- Personal - (I, me/you, him/her, he/she, us/they/them)
- Possessive - (mine/yours, his/hers, ours/theirs)
* no article and followed by a noun. - Reflexive - (myself/yourself, itself, ourselves/yourselves)
- Relative - (who, which, that, whose)
* used to connect clauses in a sentence, introduce relative clauses

Subject Pronouns vs Object Pronouns.
- Define
- give examples

Subject pronouns - come before a verb (a doing word)
eg. (I) have seen that movie.
(He) sleeps all day.
Object Pronouns - normally come after a verb.
eg. He is chasing (me).
He likes (you).

Possessive Pronouns vs Possessive Adjectives.
- define
- give examples

Possessive Pronouns - replace nouns (the thing) eg. mine, ours, yours, its, his, hers)
Possessive Adjectives - describes nouns eg. my, our, your, their, its, his, her
*(his) and (its) can be used either as possessive nouns or possessive adjectives dependent on how they are used in a sentence.
