Luke Sit on Their Head from Turtle-
Movement
Hips forward, sit on opponent’s head, sitting down w/ leg opposite trapped arm straightening out to allow you to fall to ur hip on the underhooked arm side(? Try both sides maybe). Now under hooked arm will be in armbar danger.
Luke Sit on Their Head from Turtle-Armbar Finish
Secure wrist (end of lever) and wedge trapped shoulder, apply breaking pressure w/ hips
Luke Sit on Their Head from Turtle-Principles
Opponent’s structure is compromised by accessing the under-hook. His alignment is broken by forcing the underhooked shoulder up and into his body while moving into the sitting position and is further broken when forcing his head down (compromising the spine) by sitting on it. His base is completely disrupted as you sit towards your hip, and his body is forced to twist “up”. The lever (arm) is trapped by wrist control and the wedge of ur leg on his shoulder and across his neck.
