Fetishistic disorder
Reliance on an inanimate object or a nongenital part of the body for sexual arousal.
Pedophelic disorder
When adults derive sexual gratification through sexual contact with prepubescent children. Offender be at least 16, and at least 5 years older than the child. Have been acted on/cause distress.
Incest
Subtype of pedophekic, sexual relations with close relatives.
Voyeuristic disorder
Intense and recurrent desire to obtain sexual gratification by watching unsuspecting others in a state of undress/sexual relations.
Exhibitionistic disorder
Exposing one’s genitals to an unwilling stranger, sometimes children. Seldom attempt to have other contact (many masturbate) to shock observer
Frotteuristic disorder
Touching an unsuspecting person, rubbing genitals against woman without consent. usually in crowded places
Sexual Sadism and masochism disorder
Sadism: inflicting pain/psychological suffering on another
Masochism: being on the other end.
Asphyxiophilia is a dangerous form of maso, can result in death or brain damage.
Etiology
Neurobio: Androgens; hormones like testosterone
Abuse: Childhood abuse is seen in about 40-66% of offenderts
Psychological: Impulsive act and loss of control. Lot with alcohol abuse
