What are causes of pancytopenia?

A
  1. ↓ marrow production:
    - aplastic anaemia
    - infiltration e.g. acute leukaemia, myelodysplasia, myeloma, lymphoma, megaloblastic anaemia, myelofibrosis
  2. ↑ peripheral destruction - hypersplenism
