Definition
A
Rare cutaneous breast cancer manifestation
- May represent DCIS or invasive breast cancer

Signs
A
- Looks like eczema of the nipple/areolar
- Erythematous, scaly rash
- Bloody nipple discharge, nipple inversion, pain (less common)

Diagnosis
A
2 week referral, mammogram,
- USS guided core needle biopsy = malignant interaepithelial Adenocarcinoma cells (Paget cells)

Treatment
A
Mastectomy or breast conserving therapy
