Pelvis, spine, skull, femur, tibia
Lytic phase - increased osteoclast activity - raised ALP
Mixed phase - increased bone turnover - osteoclast and blast activity - deposition of structurally abnormal bone
Sclerotic phase - chronic sclerotic phase - bone formation > bone resorption
