  2. Colour, consistency and contents? (mucous, blood (diarrhoea), bile (vomiting) )
  3. Weight loss/appetite
  4. Associaciated feature: abdominal pain
    Paeds specific (checking for hydration):
  5. Wet nappies
  6. Fluid intake
  7. Drowsiness

  6. Any painful anal conditions? e.g. anal fissure
  7. If enuresis: have they ever had a dry night? (then you can determine if primary or secondary)
