When can a child with impetigo go to school?
Once lesions have crusted or 48 hours after ABX.
Impetigo management?
Hydrogen peroxide 1% cream (apply two or three times daily for 5 days) for people who are not systemically unwell. OR
Fusidic acid 2% (apply three times a day for 5 days).
